What is Woodard Words and Photos?
Photos Nature is one of my passions. I enjoy learning about it, experiencing it, and discerning its deeper meanings. Those interests all come to a head in my nature photography. I try to make each photo reflect the beauty of a specific place. And I hope you will allow me to invoke that beauty in your very own home or office.
Words Our National Parks are some of my favorite places. I've spent a lot of time in the various national (and state!) parks around the country and enjoy photographing and writing about them for various national and regional periodicals. I've created a natural adjunct to those articles here in the news and travel section where I wax eloquent on topics that I consider useful, important, or just plain fun! It's my hope that, as you look though that section, you'll have fun too.

others are reprints of my published travel articles, but they all hopefully
